All toys except two are back in stock now.

As usual, we expect it to arrive in about 10 business days (including customs). Then we just have to count, label and sort it for the new stock to be available in our shop (English Shop / German Shop). When that happend, we’ll report here again, so you can place your orders on items that are curretly still out of stock.
Custom dildos
As always with this manufacturer, we do not offer custom orders to be included in the next shipment because if the long lead-time.

We updated our shop software in the (misguided) hope that an email bugfix contained in the update would fix our contact form.
(It didn’t.)
Right after the update we got strange „host unrechable“ errors when trying to automatically purchase DHL postage. It does happen that their servers are out of order. Especially in the middle of the night or on weekende.
So we just waited and yes, the next day this error was gone.
But now we are getting errors downloading the WSDL file for the DHL SOAP service. The problem is… in a web browser and on the command line we can download that WSDL file just fine. We also did not change any PHP settings. Especially regarding network permissions.
All debug logging, poking around and testing stuff didn’t give us any clues whatsoever.
So for the time being are are required to copy&paste every single delivery address to the manual DHL business customer website and purchase each label separately. Then enter the tracking details in the shop and print everything. All automation that enables us to handle the daily workload is gone.
A new delivery of Dildos by Exotic Erotics (English / German) is on it’s way.

Custom Dildos:
For just a few days after this delivery arrived and before we place our next order right away, it will be possible to order custom variation again. Just contact us via email, stating all the details like colour and firmnes. Then we’ll provide you with a custom product that can be ordered exactly 1 time via the regular ordering process. The only difference is that it obviously takes longer to ship and we require it to be fully payed right away. Also for custom made products there is no 14 day return period.

We received a new delivery by Bad Wolf (English / German).
Except for “ Hack Horse – Pony Small“, all toys are back in stock.
We also got some new toys that will be announced soon. …but first we need to check them out and make photos. 😉

Sadly there are serious problems with getting restocked by Foxy Rabbit.
All toys except the Cain Medium are already out of stock.
Most of them for quite a while.
We did reorder mid January but due to unforseen circumstances Foxy Rabbit was not able to send our shipment so far. As far as we understand the situation this doesn’t only affect us but the operation of their own shop overseas.
We seem to have a few too many FurryStyle Tiny Tiger in stock.
So for a week you can get them for just 20eur.
We also discounted mousepads and cups to make room for toys.
