A new delivery of Dildos by Exotic Erotics (English / German) is on it’s way.
We expect it to arrive in 10 business days (including customs) but it may also end up being a month due to a large USPS backlog and still very few flights. Then we just have to count, label and sort it for the new stock to be available in our shop (English Shop / German Shop). When that happend, we’ll report here again.

Custom Dildos:
For a few days now, it will be possible to order custom variation again. Just contact us via email, stating all the details like colour and firmnes. Then we’ll provide you with a custom product that can be ordered exactly 1 time via the regular ordering process. The only difference is that it obviously takes longer to ship and we require it to be fully payed right away. Also for custom made products there is no 14 day return period.

The current toy delivery by Bad Wolf is delayed due to delays in raw materials.
However we did just receive a huge load of Wolf Cum Lube and Wolf Lube.
So at least that is covered.

Sidewinder had to take a break bow we got a delivery of Sidewinder Creations toys (English / German).
6 of 53 toys are still out of stock. 2 of them being the Spreaders that are currently not being manufactured.

Many German customers get confused by having 3 address lines
instead of a street and a house number field. They feel that
something needs to be entered in line 2 and 3 and get…creative.
This causes a lot of manual work in getting these addresses with
dublicate zip codes and city names to be parsed by the automatic
DHL and GLS label creation.
So we had to remove line 2 and 3 from the address field.
This may inconvenience many foreign customers.
However since most of our customers are German,
it is a change we had to do.
