Delivery of Bad Wolf toys on it’s way (since Friday)


A new delivery of Dildos by Bad Wolf is on it’s way since Friday.
However we just got the tracking number this morning.

We expect it to arrive in a few business days.

Custom toys:
For just a few days after this delivery arrived and before we place our next order right away, it will be possible to order custom variation again. Just contact us via email, stating all the details like colour and firmnes. Then we’ll provide you with a custom product that can be ordered exactly 1 time via the regular ordering process. The only  difference is that it obviously takes longer to ship and we require it to be fully payed right away. Also for custom made products there is no 14 day return period.

US Shipping resuming

For a month now 77 national parcel services all suspended shipping commercials parcels to the USA because USPS was not able to handle the workload of US customs declarations after Trump cancelled the De Minimis clause and required them for all parcels.

First step

For orders of 800 USD we can ship them as usual with the recipient responsible for performing a customs declaration.
DHL Germany will start accepting these parcels starting tomorrow.

Next steps

For smaller orders we are investigating the technical and organisational requirements.
Smaller orders can only be shipped with „DDP“ INCOTERMS.
This means the price you pay must already include the US import customs, a 2€ fee for DHL and a $0,39 + 2.5% of the customs fee for a US „Qualified Party“.
Since this increases the price that customs are calculated on, …well, you get the point.

We need to find out:

  • what the customs rate for each manufacturer country is
  • how to be informed in time for (frequent and spontaneous) changes of this customs rate
  • what official exchange rates are used
  • how to integrate a fee based on destination country, product manufacturer and shopping cart value into our existing shop system
  • how to integrate the official exchange rates into our system to calculate these fees
  • how to configure DHL to apply different INCOTERMS based on the destination country

So as you can see, this can take a tiny company like us a while to find out, implement, test and finally release live

During Eurofurence we where next to Streamer’s Toys and it would have been a shame to fly all these heavy toys back to Canada.

Eurofurence is over

Yes, it’s over.
*sad fox noises*


While this is always the physically and mentally most demanding week of the year and there have been some unfortunate events happening to two dealers next to us,
it was a great event.
While the exceptional sales of last year could not be repeated, we made a similar amount to the year before and the shop as a whole is showing green numbers again. A welcome sign after the recent inflation, energy crisis and US customs.

Speaking of that, DHL and 77 other national postal services still can not accept commercial parcels to the USA. We hope that this will resolve soon and US customers can be services again.

Progress

Since Monday night we have returned.
Our usual post EF full inventory count has been done and not revealed anything unusual.
Our foxed have been good boys for tracking stock all year and deserve a treat.

Currently we are handling all the online orders and the paperwork that has been piling up.
We will be compiling orders to restock all kinds of toys within this and next week.
If you are looking for some custom made toy to be shipped along, now is the best time to contact us.
Also the truck has had a number of hiccups on that demanding journey and will see a workshop next week. Hopefully this will not be too expensive.

Vouchers

The „free shipping“ vouchers handed our during EF are still valid until the end of the week.

News

During Eurofurence we showed the large Rover Sr. There wasn’t much time for a grand reveal before departure.

We have picked up a number of toys from another Dealer that would otherwise have been returned to the other side of the planet. These will be added to the shop with a proper announcement next weekend.

Next events

Contrary to many, many previous years, we will NOT be present at H-Con this year.

New at Eurofurence: The Rover Sr

At our table in the Eurofurence Dealers Den,
you can find the very first Rover Sr completing the Rover line by FurryStyle with a large toy.
While we have a number of discounted protoypes at discounted prices,
we can show the very first production toy.

Having only one yet, the toy will be on sale on Saturday and only on display for the first two days of Dealers Den.
After EF more will be made by FurryStyle as fresh materials arrive.

New at Eurofurence: Silver Large and Extra-Large

Visit us in the Eurofurence Dealers Den to see the newest addition to our shop:
The Silver life-cast horse is easily the most popular toy made by Exotic Erotics.
With the makeover it has received by 3D scanning (revealing a bit more of the base that was originally lost due to the casting process), it was now possible to reproduce it in different sizes too.

So we now permanently add:
The Silver (L)arge and Silver (XL) to our shop.

Zetacreations restocked for Eurofurence

Surprisingly the announced delivery of Dildos by Zetacreations (English / German) arrived.
We did not expect this delivery until AFTER Eurofurence 29.

The new stock is already available in our shop.
All but 5 toys are back in stock.

We can only pack a selection of toys and mathematical statistics harshly demands what we pack and don’t pack.

DHL temporarily not shipping to US after 25th.

We got a notice from DHL that they will no longer ship any good to the US temporarily after the 25th because USPS no longer accepts parcels because they in turn can’t handle the workload of all the customs declarations after US president Trump has signed the Executive Order „Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment For All Countries“

German announcement:

Sehr geehrte Kund:innen und Geschäftspartner:innen, 
am 30. Juli 2025 haben die USA die Executive Order „Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment For All Countries“ veröffentlicht. Gemäß diesem Erlass unterliegen künftig alle Warenversande durch Geschäftskunden, die ab dem 29. August 2025, 00:01 Uhr (Eastern Daylight Time) in den USA ankommen, Importzöllen. Seit Bekanntgabe arbeiten wir mit Hochdruck daran, offene Fragen zu klären und tragfähige Lösungen für die neuen, von den U.S.-amerikanischen Behörden geforderten Prozesse für den postalischen Versand zu entwickeln. 
Neben dem Wegfall der bisher bestehenden Zollfreigrenze von 800 USD bringt diese Executive Order auch zahlreiche prozessuale Änderungen und Bestimmungen für den postalischen Warenversand mit sich. Diese Änderungen betreffen alle Postgesellschaften weltweit, die Sendungen über die postalischen Prozesse an die amerikanische Post (United States Postal Service – USPS) übergeben. Die US-Zollbehörde (U.S. Customs and Border Protection) und USPS arbeiten derzeit noch die genauen Prozesse und Bestimmungen aus, wie die postalischen Sendungen zukünftig gehandhabt werden können. Obwohl am 15. August einige weitere Details durch die US-Behörden veröffentlicht wurden, sind wesentliche Fragen derzeit noch ungeklärt, insbesondere, wie und von wem die Zollgebühren künftig zu erheben sind und wie die Datenübermittlung an die amerikanische Zollbehörde erfolgen soll. Wir streben an, diese Bestimmungen – sobald diese detailliert vorliegen – schnellstmöglich zu implementieren und damit auch den postalischen Versand mit DHL Paket International und Warenpost International in die USA wieder anbieten zu können.  
Bis neue Prozesse aufgesetzt sind, sind wir leider gezwungen, den Versand warentragender Sendungen in die USA und das US-Zollgebiet Puerto Rico mit Ablauf des 25. August 2025 vorübergehend auszusetzen.  
Eine Einlieferung über die bisherigen Prozesse kann bis zum 25. August 2025 erfolgen. Sendungen, die uns ab dem 26. August übergeben werden, müssen wir an Sie retournieren. Wir bitten Sie, Ihre Beauftragungs- und Versandprozesse entsprechend anzupassen. Der Versand von Dokumenten in Briefen ist von dieser Maßnahme nicht betroffen. 
Viele Post- und Paketdienstleister in Europa (z. B. Post Nord in Schweden und Dänemark, BPost in Belgien, ÖPAG in Österreich) unternehmen ähnliche Schritte. Auch die Vereinigung der europäischen Postdienstleister – PostEurop – hat bereits kommuniziert, dass ihre Mitgliedsunternehmen in Übereinstimmung mit den zuständigen nationalen Behörden den Versand von Waren über die Postnetzwerke in die USA vorübergehend einschränken oder aussetzen werden müssen. 
Der Wegfall der bisherigen Zollfreigrenzen für Geschäftskunden betrifft alle Logistikprozesse für den Import in die USA. Die in der Executive Order beschriebenen Prozessänderungen betreffen jedoch nur den postalischen Versand, nicht den kommerziellen Import in die USA. Somit stehen Ihnen die Produkte und Leistungen von DHL Express weiterhin als Versandalternative zur Verfügung. Gerne stellen wir den Kontakt zu unseren Kolleg:innen her, um Ihnen auch weiterhin den Versand Ihrer Pakete in die USA zu ermöglichen.

Wir verfolgen die weitere Entwicklung sehr genau und stehen – gemeinsam mit unseren europäischen Partnern – in Kontakt mit den US-Behörden. Ziel ist es, den postalischen Warenversand in die USA so schnell wie möglich wieder aufzunehmen.
