Improved credit card payments

We updated the credit card payment module to a new major version.

For customers:

it should be much faster now and
„will issue invoices, receipts, and other customer facing emails to that customer with an appropriately translated email, payment page, or PDF. 15 languages are currently supported.“

For us:

„No more pending orders for card payments and other synchronous payment methods. When a payment fails, there won’t be a Pending/Canceled order in the admin area.“
and
„95% reduction in incomplete payments in the Stripe dashboard. When customers arrive at the checkout page, no payments are created in „Incomplete“ status.“

DHL updates in shop

We updated to a new major version of the DHL integration.
(After fiddling with dependencies for a while.)
For customers, the following changes should be visible:

  • On the pickup location finder map in checkout, if available, show description of the building/facility etc. a service point is located within.
  • Select „Named Person Only“ service with DHL Paket National shipments.
  • Select „No Neighbor Delivery“ service with DHL Paket National shipments.

Neotori restocked

A new delivery by Neotori (English / German) has arrived.

Sidewinder restocked (and Giraffe Tongues updated)

We got a delivery of Sidewinder Creations toys (English / German).
All but one of the 56 toys are back in stock.

..we also updated the descriptions for the 3 sizes of „Giraffe Tongue“ we stock and made sure the different sizes now link to each other.

New delivery by Exotic Erotics on it’s way

You know the drill…
A new delivery of Dildos by Exotic Erotics (English / German) is on it’s way.

We expect it to arrive in 10 business days (including customs).
Then we just have to count, label and sort it for the new stock to be available in our shop (English Shop / German Shop).
When that happens, we’ll report here again.
If you want to track this delivery, you can do so here, if you are eagerly awaiting some toy to be in stock again.

Custom Dildos:
For a few days now, it will be possible to order custom variation again. Just contact us via email, stating all the details like colour and firmness. Then we’ll provide you with a custom product that can be ordered exactly 1 time via the regular ordering process. The only  difference is that it obviously takes longer to ship and we require it to be fully paid right away. Also for custom made products there is no 14 day return period.

the Duke II is 45€ instead of 56€.

This does not apply to ordering a Duke II to be custom made.
