Mephit Mini Con

We will be away Thurday to Sunday for Mephit Min Con.
So don’t worry. We’re not away for a long time.
The last items will be shipped this week is on Thursday evening.
After that, next Monday shipping of orders will resume as usual.

YiffyToys selling at MMC

During the MMC „flea market“, we’ll have a selection of toys in our truck. For the protection of minors this is outside the walls of the 11th century castle.

URL changes

We have made some changes to the shop.
If you see any links not working or missing images. Please tell us about it!

All pages could always be accessed via /shop2/page or /shop2/index.php/page .
We have changed it, so the shop now defaults to the version without „index.php“ and includes additional HTML headers to tell search engines about the canonical German or English URL for each page.

Due to the increase in badly written AI training crawlers, wee had to block all *.php pages and all pages that include parameters from being crawled.
The crawlers would just get lost in dynamic navigation (selecting filters for lists of products) and generate terabytes of traffic and lots of server load.
This may accidentally have removed a lot of valid product pages from search engines.

fixed broken images

Just a small fix while investigating why the number of order these last few weeks is lower then in previous years.
The hand crafted „Deep Down“ category was showing the automatically generated list of subcategories as well.
This has been fixed.
