We have two WordPress plugins to automatically post updates to X and to Mastodon.
The X (formerly Twitter) plugin wanted an updates API token to work with the new V2 X API.
Doing that we found out that we have been automatically set into the „Basic“ developer account for 100USD/Month instead of the „Free“ account.
Luckily we detected this move by X before the first invoice.
The announced delivery of Dildos by Zetacreations (English / German) arrived.
The new stock is already available in our shop.
Just 2 of the 60 toys are still out of stock.

We returned from or short vacation.
The car is getting new tires at the moment.
We may have to add a lot of boxes of non #DealersDen show-related cargo for EF because someone else will not be able to drive. Glad to help.

The stuck #ExoticErotics delivery for #Eurofurence is unstuck and just arrived in Frankfurt Airport.
The #Zetacreations delivery is in customs and we will pick it up, once the car is done.

Not restocking #FlurbMe before EF to not add to the chaos, as they will have their own table back to back with ours.
We forgot to upload the images for the Eurofurence cellphone app and did that last night.
All parts of the actual booth are done. However there was an information that no electric cartwheels can be used in the dealers den. So we have to move all it it by hand instead of using our electric pusher for stacks of Euroboxes.
We finally finished the work on our new Dealers Den booth for Eurofurence.
Given the large number of toys we offer on-site, it looked more like a warehouse last year.
So we improve it with custom printed (B1 flame retardant) tablecloth and covering our shelves in permanently B1 flame retardant fabric.
We’re also getting rid of the old velcro fasteners in favor of push buttons.
The printed catalogues for use in the waiting queue are also thicker,
allowing for larger images/texts.
There will be less table-space but more space for us to move and fetch the toys.
Sadly one large toy delivery is still stuck with Global Post in Carol Stream, Illinois, USA.
It hasn’t moved for 2.5 weeks, since the 23rd.
Toys from Bad Wolf arrived today. Zetacreations is still in transit at Teterboro Airport. FurryStyle is already restocked and Sidewinder Creations should easily be on time too.

Our current delivery from Exotic Erotics is stuck in a big pile of parcels to Germany and Austria at Global Mail since the 23rd.
Now, a new delivery of Dildos by Zetacreations (English / German) is on it’s way.
Sadly also with Global Mail.
This doesn’t look good for being restocked before Eurofurence.

Usually, we would expect it to arrive in about 10 business days (including customs).
Then we just have to count, label and sort it for the new stock to be available in our shop (English Shop / German Shop). When that happend, we’ll report here again, so you can place your orders on items that are curretly still out of stock.

Custom toys:
For just a few days after this delivery arrived and before we place our next order right away, it will be possible to order custom variation again. Just contact us via email, stating all the details like colour and firmnes. Then we’ll provide you with a custom product that can be ordered exactly 1 time via the regular ordering process. The only difference is that it obviously takes longer to ship and we require it to be fully payed right away. Also for custom made products there is no 14 day return period.

Nothing gets your blood pumping then finding a critical software bug in your commercial accounting software while doing the taxes.
In this case some sales would be booked as credit instead of debit.
This seems to no longer happen with new entries but existing entries have not been automatically corrected (or the user informed about it), when this bug was fixed.
Just editing the respectig entries and saving them without making any actual change did fix them. Being a small business, this was „just“ about a hundred entries.
For the laymen:
This is something that should be absolutely impossible for any double entry accounting software. Both sides of the transaction no longer added up to zero. The money you take from A no longer matches the money you deposit in B and C.
We found this by chance because it happened often enough to result in one part of our income being reported as negative. While theoretically not impossible, at least this is extremely unusual and raises all flags.
Had we not found this, it would have resulted in our stated income to be off by serveral thousand Euro. When (not really an „if“ here) found in a tax audit , that would have been quite a legal affair. We double checked that no other year is affected and had to manually calculate the respective tax form entry to be on the safe side.
The monthly changing „Energy Surcharge“ introduced by DHL at the beginning of this year,
was reduced to 0% for this and the next month.
We have lowered our DHL shipping prices for Germany accordingly
