Starting with December, DHL raises it’s „CO2+Maut surcharge“ from 0,06€ to 0.18€ per parcel.
At least the „Energy Surcharge“ stays at the 1.25% introduced for November.
Given that we try to not charge more then what we actually pay for shipping (including packaging), we will change our DHL prices for December accordingly.

A new delivery of Dildos by Exotic Erotics (English / German) is on it’s way.
We expect it to arrive in 9-16 business days (including customs).
Then we just have to count, label and sort it for the new stock to be available in our shop (English Shop / German Shop).

For a few days now, it will be possible to order custom variation again. Just contact us via email, stating all the details like colour and firmness. Then we’ll provide you with a custom product that can be ordered exactly 1 time via the regular ordering process. The only difference is that it obviously takes longer to ship and we require it to be fully paid right away. Also for custom made products there is no 14 day return period.

These last few month DHL didn’t have an „Energy-Surcharge“.
Starting with November, DHL wants an additional 1.25% again.
So be advised to better order this week or pay a few cent more.
Also (like every year since it’s introduction)
for the Month of November and December the new „Peak Surcharge“ of +0,19€ is in effect.
We’re preparing our next, large order with Exotic Erotics.

It worked find on the test-system, so we don’t expect any hickups.
4 of 130 (2 new toys added recently) Exotic Erotics models, are currently still not in stock.
We added a number of missing size values and are working on adding additional photos for size comparisons.
