DHL informed us that starting 2020-11-30, large parcels (more then 40x40x40cm) can no longer be shipped to Ireland and the Czech Republic.

The local postal system is overloaded.

We just added two new toys to our lineup.

Serenity the Snow Gryphon is a redo of the discontinued Snowbird toy.

and a medium sized version of the Croxic since the small version of this toy is so popular.

With now 3 gryphin toys, we have added this as a new specied for the advanced search and filter functions.

General

DHL is still warning about delays due to large volumes of parcels being moved.
They have hired additional staff and shifted some work to other departments
Current limitations (such as countries we can’t ship to) can always be seen here.

Restocking toys from the US of A

The large toy delivery sent by Exotic Erotics is still on it’s way.
We expect it to arrive safely but with a significant delay.
The last one during February was delayed by an entire month. We hope that it will be less extreme this time.

Restocking toys from within Europe

Apart from some manufacturers experiencing delays in getting their Silicone,
there should be no noticable delays for us in restocking toys.

Belgium

DHL has lifted the size limitation when shipping to Belgium that we mentioned the last time.

There will still be delays and there are still some limitationt that don’t affect us.

France

There where some limitations that don’t affect us. (Parcels >20Kg that require 2 people to carry).
In addition DHL is reporting delays. These of cause do affect our orders.

Shipping to USA

Looks like shipping to the USA will get LESS expensive starting the 11th of May.
The current +17,19€ special fee DHL asks during the CORVID-19 crisis with it’s reduced flights will be reduced to +2,62€/Kg.

Shipping to Belgium

However there is also bad news.
Belgian postal services are at their limit and only very small parcels (40 x 40 x 40 cm) are still accepted with Belgium as a destination.
Our small and medium sized parcels do match this creteria. But very large orders may have to be split into multiple parcels and extremely long toys may not work out at all..

We are lowering the price for the (already cheap) Bovivet lubricant from 9.68€/l to 8€/l permanently.
The strange old price has not been changed since the German sales tax was increased from 16% to 19%. That was a LONG time ago.

Note that this is a lubricant and thus we sell it for lube-play on latex, where lots of lube is needed. 😉

We have returned from the holidays and are already preparing all the shipments that have accumulated during the yearly vacation.
(And also a metric ton of yearly paperwork.)

Just as every year, we will be on vacation and there will be no shipping during the holidays.
The shop is closed from 2019-12-20 until 2020-01-03.
This blog posting will be updated as new information comes in.

Last orders

The last shipping will happen on 2019-12-20 for orders played and fully payed on 2019-12-19 20:00.
If you select DHL Packstation, please make sure to include your DHL Postnummer in the address.
if you select Hermes Shop2Shop, please tell us about what Hermes shop to select via email. (Hermes wants a delivery address AND the shop.)

Last custom orders

FurryStyle will no longer accept custom orders to be finished this year effective today.

Deliveries before the holidays

We expect some last deliveries by Sidewinder Creations, FurryStyle, GLC and by Bad Wolf (including Wolf Cum Lube) early next week. We will announce them at once, so you can still place an order to be fulfilled before we have to close down and have it arrive before christmas.

Update: Bad Wolf had to cancel it’s delivery. It will arrive after the holidays. Sidewinder, FurryStyle and GLC just arrived.

DHL situation during Christmas

At the moment every DHL post office is crowded. If you can, please select a DHL Packstation instead of having anything delivered to a selected post office. Because if you do, expect very long waiting queues.

Amazon.de and Amazon.co.uk

We have shut down our presence on Amazon on the 19th of December.
This step is needed because orders made there would have to be shipped in less then 7 days and that is not possible while we are enjoying the holidays like everyone else.
Amazon will be reactivated before or very shortly after we return.

We actually have a new toy in stock.

But what’s the point in announcing it when you have already purchased our entire stock before we even got around to writing this blog posting.
