Despite silicone shortabes, the announved delivery by Bad Wolf (English / German) has arrived. Since this order was placed a long time ago, we did run out of stock on some other toys while this one was being made.
With this delivery we also received some new models.
However the silicone shortages mean that this arrived way later then expected and we are to leave for Eurofurence-Online tomorrow morning.
We will try our best to make photos of the new toys to add them to the shop but it is a race against time.

We expect it to arrive in 10 business days (including customs) but it may also end up being a month due to a large USPS backlog and still very few flights. Then we just have to count, label and sort it for the new stock to be available in our shop (English Shop / German Shop). When that happend, we’ll report here again.

For a few days now, it will be possible to order custom variation again. Just contact us via email, stating all the details like colour and firmnes. Then we’ll provide you with a custom product that can be ordered exactly 1 time via the regular ordering process. The only difference is that it obviously takes longer to ship and we require it to be fully payed right away. Also for custom made products there is no 14 day return period.

During checkout an empty, orange box was shown where the DHL delivery options should have been. This was caused by a Javascript error in a DHL module and we have just installed the fixed version.
You can now select parcel stations, post offices and prefered delivery times again.

It looks like our Paypal integration suffered from an expired API certificate.
Sadly Paypal has changed their website so often, that their own documentation on how to renew it (that includes the scary step of deleting the old one and doesn’t mention that the „renew“ button only exists unless all but one old certificates are removed), is completely out of sync with how their website works nowadays.
Paypal should work again now.

We just uploaded the texture to our Virtualfurence VR dealers den booth for Eurofurence Online.
The limitation is that no dealers den booth in VR is allowed to contain any adult imagery.
So it ended up mainly as a wall of boxes with the most prominent manufacturer logos.
We tried showing all logos but they ende up too small.
Given the limitation of how many characters can be in a room at one time, we will probably not be present at our stand. Just like all the other dealers.
If everyone did, there would simply not be any slots left for actual customers to enter the same room.
